Executive Director
Co-founder, executive board director and 50% shareholder. Energy entrepreneur instrumental in technology distribution, private and public equity funding, and African branch development. Has spearheaded 36+ MW of PV design spanning 128 commercial projects — ground-mounts, rooftops and carports across Southern Africa.
Brian Fox
Project Director
Co-founder, executive board director and 50% shareholder. Brings 15 years of renewable energy experience with major operations in electrical engineering and project management — from gas turbine-fired power plants to parabolic trough solar farms.
Gary Hockly
Group General Manager
Joined SolarXgen in 2019 as a specialist in financial management and big data analytics. Holds tertiary certificates in renewable energy design and financial modelling. Heads key portfolio management across the group and drives commercial financial solutions.
